At New Path Webworks, our services are billed hourly based on time spent completing tasks agreed upon following a free initial consultation. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our hourly services, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made.

We offer a free initial consultation to clearly understand your project requirements and expectations. Once you agree to proceed, all services rendered thereafter are billed hourly and are non-refundable.

All billing is transparent, and we clearly communicate time and cost expectations prior to beginning work. Clients are encouraged to regularly communicate their satisfaction throughout the project.
